How and Why do Worcester Choose Their Worcester Accredited Installers (WAI)?

Worcester want to provide homeowners with peace of mind when they are upgrading their home heating system and only invite heating engineers who are deemed as reputable, quality conscious and representing value for money. Worcester Accredited Installers must have relevant Gas Safe, OFTEC and/or MCS approval. WAI’s must also have attended Logic certified training courses on boilers, solar thermal systems, heat pumps and/or underfloor heating.

Worcester check the installers’ Gas Safe, OFTEC and/or MCS accreditation on a regular basis. However we always recommend to homeowners that they verify a heating company’s membership status with the awarding bodies directly via their relevant websites.

Extended Guarantees

The standard Worcester product guarantee period is usually 2 years.However, as accredited installers we offer longer guarantee periods ranging from 3 to 12 years depending on the type of boiler and parts used.

Central heating system flush. Scott and his team did a great job, they identified the problem and solved it so that we could use our heating and hot water again. This is the second job they have done for us and I would definitely recommend them. A great small local company.

Highly recommended, plumber was punctual, polite and very tidy and I am very happy with the work done.Update May 2021: Platinum Heating have just completed their third, and by far the largest, job for me: installing a new boiler. As always Scott and his team did a great job: they arrive when they say they will, finish when they say they will and always tidy up thoroughly when they are done. I have no hesitation in recommending them.Update Nov 2022: Just had the boiler serviced by Platinum and as I would expect, it was done well, efficiently and with a smile.

What a fantastic team!! Scott Tom and Lee came to replace our boiler and Radiators, they ripped out all of our old system which was quite a big job as we had tanks in the loft and a few obstacles to tackle.They kept working solid for 2 whole days and definitely great team work! Scott kept us informed step by step of everything they had to do and what we needed to know and cleaned up when they were done.Definitely great value for money which was very reasonable. job well done! 100% recommend to family and friends! Scott and his apprectice were very professional and friendly. Communication to arrange the service to our boiler and thermostat installation was easy and appointment was arranged swiftly.Unfortunately, we are having trouble programming the thermostat. Scott has offered to come back tomorrow morning first thing to help us out. Great service all round, would highly recommend!
