Had an ongoing gas leak. Only one person to call....... Scott is an absolute legend. He turned up on time, had to lay a new copper run which involved lifting floorboards, drilling holes in walls and cupboards and moving my cooker and dishwasher. He advised it would take 5hours, he took 3 - he kept me informed, was efficient and put everything back where it should be. Can not fault his work and would recommend Platinum Heating Essex to anybody. Boiler service already booked in.... wouldn't use anyone else now.
